Color Seal, Tint Seal, and Clear Seal

All concrete in Bend, Oregon should be sealed and resealed. Concrete is porous and needs protection from moisture penetration and the freeze-thaw cycle. We highly recommend sealing all concrete every 2-4 years in all areas of Central Oregon. There are two sealing options; We can simply Clear Seal your concrete to protect it from the elements or we can Color Seal your concrete both protecting it from the elements, as well as, creating a decorative concrete look. The benefit of Color Sealing is that it allows us to repair any damaged concrete and then without changing the texture of your existing concrete we add a variegated color that rejuvenates the appearance of your surface and helps to camouflage any minor surface repairs. Color Sealing can be a more affordable option than resurfacing and we highly recommend it in all suitable cases.

Color Sealing Stamped Concrete

Color Sealing allows us to do all repairs needed and then conceal those repairs using Color Sealing on stamped concrete giving you a renewed surface.  This is a 2 level layered sealing process giving your stamped surfaces depth and dimension.

Color Sealing Broom Finished Concrete

Broom finish is the most common concrete finish.  When cracks need to be repaired, stains needed to be covered, or you just want to freshen up your curb appeal you can Color Seal your concrete to not only give it the protection that it needs but also create a more decorative look.

Tint Seal Aggregate and Stamped Concrete 

Aggregate and stamped concrete loses its rich color over time resulting in an ashey appearance. Tint sealing can bring your aggregate and stamped surface back to life returning it to its former glory.

Clear Sealing Concrete

All concrete in Central Oregon should be, at minimum, clear sealed every 2-4 years.  This process fills up the pores with sealer helping your concrete repel water and fight against surface deterioration and cracking.  Clear sealing, although not an aesthetic fix, is the right maintenance choice for all concrete.
